If the unit keeps beeping, and the LED display spins in a circle and will not show numbers or start, maybe it is not defective, it usually means the sensor is not pressed. It shows that one of the covers on both sides isn't in the right position. Please try to reinstall the filters and the covers. Please see the picture in the attachment, It shows the position of the cover sensor, the cover must press and hold the sensor, then the machine works.
Please try this way to confirm whether it is good or defective. Take off the two filters, then put the covers back and make sure the covers are in the right position. Then, try to turn on the air purifier. If this works, it means that the unit is good, the issue is caused by the filters being stuck on the cover. Please try to install the filter again and ensure that the cover is in the correct position after installing the filter. when the door cover is closed, the sensor should be pressed down. Also, you can use a pair of pliers to adjust its position. If there are still issues, please email us.
There are several possible causes of this situation.
1. There are devices that produce mist near the air purifier, such as humidifiers. Mist can interfere with the reading of the sensor, causing abnormal display. We recommend not to use humidifier equipment near the purifier.
2. There is dust on the lens of the sensor, please try to blow off the dust attached to the lens with an air blower. If it doesn't work, you can try to recalibrate the sensor. The steps are as follows:
Place the air purifier in a clean enclosed room or clean outdoor area, turn it on and run for 2-3 days, the purifier will automatically calibrate the sensor.
If none of the above methods work, please contact our after-sales to replace the sensor. You can send email to support@cleanforceair.com
