Can I use the Bluetooth speaker and air purification at the same time?

Yes. The Bluetooth speaker and air purification can operate together. When you prefer audio without purification fan noise, select Audio Mode to turn off the purification fan while keeping the speaker active.

Which phones can use the wireless charger?

The integrated Qi-compatible wireless charging pad supports compatible smartphones at up to 10 W. Actual charging speed depends on your phone’s supported charging rate, alignment, and case. Phones without compatible wireless charging require a suitable receiver.

How often should I replace the filters?

Approximately 6 months is a useful starting point. Actual filter life depends on your environment and how often you use air purification. Dustier conditions may require earlier replacement, while lighter use or cleaner environments may allow longer intervals. Check both filters regularly and follow the care instructions in your user manual.

Which replacement filters does Smart Cube use?

Smart Cube uses CF-RC200 replacement filters. The purifier requires 2 filters for one complete replacement. Choose the 2-filter pack for one complete replacement or the 4-filter pack for two complete replacements. These filters are not compatible with Rainbow or MEGA1000.
